Mike writes :

Hi my name is Mike Lawrence of New Washington, Indiana.
Here are some pics of my 1969 Tow'd.
I bought the car for $500.00 and it ran!
I have done the following :

  • replaced the swing axle for an IRS,
  • built a fresh 1641cc dual port,
  • semi-hemi cut heads,
  • electronic ignition,
  • and disc breaks

I spent about 3 years on it, working on it during breaks from college.
I have all the fenders and hood lid. I just liked the look of open wheels.
I just got it registered and became a member.
