(those with older Web browsers can click on the row numbers below). These photos were taken at Evie's school, Francis Parker Middle School, at the school's annual "air band" competition. Evie was part of a 4-person group that was awarded "Most Original" for their lip-sync rendition of "Valley Girl". (As it turned out the sound crew was given the wrong version of their music, so a little bit of improvising was going on on-stage, unbeknownst to the audience!) The fifth picture shows Evie with her history teacher, who was part of the faculty act, "Work'n in a Coal Mine", one of the most popular acts given the response from the audience. B.D.
